NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Filed JULY 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 1005036CA of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit, in and for COLLIER County, Florida, where in BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and RICHARD BURTON, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, NAPOLI LUXURY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., SOMER ZAHN, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on AUGUST 26, 2013, beginning at 11:00 AM, at THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in COLLIER County, Florida, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 2101 in 1820 NAPOLI LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded on October 14, 2004, in Official Records Book 3660, at Page 2403, of the Public Records of Collier county, Florida, as amended, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. the clerk shall receive a service charge of up to $70 for services in making, recording, and certifying the sale and title that shall be assessed as costs. the court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
