NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 30, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-003342 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and CONNIE JO LACROSSE AKA CONNIE J. LACROSSE; MICHAEL J. MINOR AKA MICHAEL MINOR AKA MICHAEL JAMES MINOR; SUNTRUST BANK; HUNTINGTON LAKES ONE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; HUNTINGTON LAKES RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 26 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 16/104, HUNTINGTON LAKES ONE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2118, PAGES 2240 THROUGH 2382, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION, AS MAY BE AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
