NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2012 CA 001683 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2006 OPT4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT4, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT M. STISCAK; SAN RENO SHORES ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A DEAN BARD; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSEESSION #2 N/K/A MAUREEN MURRAY are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 39, SAN REMO SHORES, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
