Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 15, 2013, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on June 28, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
THE SOUTH 25 FEET OF LOTS 24, 25 AND EAST 1/2 OF LOT 23, AND THE NORTH 50 FEET OF LOTS 26, 27 AND EAST 1/2 OF LOT 28, PINECREST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on August 28, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
