NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 31, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 2010 CA 001061 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of August, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit H-5 of Emerald Woods Condominium Phase IV, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium therefore recorded in Official Records Book 1284, Page 131 of the public records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with, its undivided share in the common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
