Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 30, 2013, and entered in 11-2010-CA-003675 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC., is the Plaintiff and JORGE A. PEREZ CASTILLO A/K/A JORGE A. PEREZE CASTILLO; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A GREGG ETHRIDGE; IBIS CLUB AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on August 28, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 208 IN (BUILDING 2 / BUILDING 8225) OF IBIS CLUB AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4112, AT PAGE 3199, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBL
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
