notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on August 28, 2013, that certain real property situated in the County of Collier, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 54, Block S, QUARRY PHASE 1, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 42, Page(s) 57 through 67, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
