Notice is hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 31, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 13-CA-1273 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the 28 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. E-201, TIMBER LAKE CLUB at SUMERWOOD, a condominium, according to that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in OR Book 1496, Pages 53 through 120, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
