NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 31, 2013, in Case No. 2011-CA-002796 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, successor by Merger to AmSouth Bank, successor by merger to AmSouth of Florida, successor by merger to Citizens Bank of Naples, is Plaintiff, and China Pavilion, Inc., a Florida Corporation, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, at 11:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 28 day of August, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 191, OF GOLDEN GATE UNIT NO. 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 124 THROUGH 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
