NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 31, 2013 in Civil Case No. 11-2009-CA-008241, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-HE5 is the Plaintiff, and ENRIQUE HERNANDEZ; GRANADA LAKES VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SANTA BARBARA LANDINGS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JOHN DOE N/K/A JOSEPH FLEURISMONED; JANE DOE N/K/A ELMA FLEURISMONED; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112,on this 28 day of AUGUST, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO.1, IN BUILDING 161, OF GRANADA LAKES VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3969, PAGE 1537, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
