NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 31 day of July, 2013, and entered in 11-2008-CA-004429, of the Civil Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ARGENT SECURITIES, INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-W2 is the Plaintiff, and Ian Butler, Michael Fisher, Bank of America, N.A., Granada Condo Homes II Association, Inc., and unknown tenants are Defendants.
The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at Lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112,on this 28 day of AUGUST, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
