Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on August 28, 2013, at eleven o'clock, a.m. lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112 offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit No. 103 of Radio Square Commercial Condominium, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. Book 2779, Page 453, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Real Property address: 3940 Radio Road Unit 103, Naples, Florida 34104-3750.
