NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 31 day of JULY, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-3643, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC is the Plaintiff and ARMEN BENARROCH, BANKUNITED, FSB, MARCO ISLAND CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC, RUTH C. BENARROCH and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 28 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 16, MARCO BEACH, UNIT 1, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 9 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
