The administration of the estate of HELEN E. AUTH, deceased, is pending in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is P.O. Box 413044, Naples, FL 34101. The estate is testate and the date of the decedent's Will is July 7, 2010. The names and addresses of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representative's attorney are set forth below.
Any interested person on whom a copy of the notice of administration is served who challenges the validity of the Will, qualifications of the personal representative, venue or the jurisdiction of the court is required to file any objection with the court in the manner provided in the Florida Probate Rules, WITHIN THE TIME REQUIRED BY LAW OR THOSE OBJECTIONS ARE FOREVER BARRED.
Any person who may be entitled to exempt property is required to file a petition for determination of exempt property WITHIN THE TIME REQUIRED BY LAW OR THE RIGHT TO EXEMPT PROPERTY IS DEEMED WAIVED. An election to take an elective share must be filed WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW.
