NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2013 and entered in Case No. 512011ca4169ws in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association f/k/a The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as Trustee for RAMP 2006-RS4 was the Plaintiff and JODI LOU MIDKIFF, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 15th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
