YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT NO. 201, BUILDING B, ROYAL RICHEY VILLAGE I, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH A 4.01% SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O. R. BOOK 1028, PAGE 584, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 11-13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND A PERPETUAL AND NONEXCLUSIVE EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL OTHER OWNERS OF UNDIVIDED INTERESTS IN THE IMPROVEMENTS UPON THE LAND DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND USE OF ALL PUBLIC PASSAGEWAYS, AS WELL AS COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES UPON THE LAND DESCRIBED ABOVE.
More Commonly Known As: 8440 Old Post Road, Apt 201B, Port Richey, FL 34668
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Connolly, Geaney, Ablitt & Willard, P.C., Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is The Blackstone Building, 100 South Dixie Highway, Suite 200, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 on or before 9/9, 2013, (no later than 30 days from the date of the first publication of this notice of action) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO (2) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
