NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 9, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2012-CA-000195ES, DIVISION: J1, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION), AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE3 is Plaintiff, and ALAN J. LAVIGNE; TAMMY LAVIGNE; MEADOW POINTE III HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
