Notice is given that, pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs entered in Case No. 51-2007-CA-3902-ES, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, in which the Defendant/Cross-Claimant, is CRESTVIEW HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. and the Defendants are: FRANK M. GRAY, and all persons claiming under or against Defendant, FRANK M. GRAY, and LENNAR HOMES, LLC F/K/A LENNAR HOMES, INC., I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on September 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 22, CRESTVIEW HILLS, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 53, Page 124, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
Property Address: 7709 Merchantville Street, Zephyrhills, FL 33540.
