SULLIVAN JR.; STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY; WORLDWIDE ASSET PURCHASING II, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A KAY PERKINS, are defendants. CONTAINING 1.22 ACRES. SUBJECT TO AND TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE FOLLOWING:
