NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 002677 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and RACHEL L. SOUCY; BOTANICA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; BOUCHARD GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), NA; CLERK OF THE COURT, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; PAUL D WOODS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 29th day of August, 20, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 202, BUILDING 12, BOUCHARD GARDENS, PHASE 2, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 1999078953, PER AMENDMENTS SUBMITTING PHASE 2 RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2002004793, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 33, PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
