NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 001397 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JASON SCOTT GRIFFIN; JESSE SCOTT GRIFFIN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 29th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 25 FEET OF LOT 8 AND THE EAST 37 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK 6, SUBDIVISION OF LOT 5, PROSPECT PARK, AS PER THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 150, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
