NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 007956 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and ROBERT B. GILLESPIE JR A/K/A ROBERT B. GILLESPIE; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; SIESTA ISLES ASSOCIATION, INC.; CONSTANCE GILLESPIE; CONSTANCE GILLESPIE AS TRUSTEE OF UNNAMED TRUST DATED 6/8/2005; ROBERT B. GILLESPIE JR A/K/A ROBERT B. GILLESPIE, AS TRUSTEE OF UNNAMED TRUST DATED 6/8/2005; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 37, SIESTA ISLES, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECRODED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES(S) 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
