NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 000381 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff and DANA FORRAR, SHERWOOD FOREST OWNERS ASSOCIATION OF SARASOTA COUNTY, INC, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 51, SHERWOOD FOREST, UNIT NO. 2, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE(S) 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
