NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 006599 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and ELEANOR SUGARMAN; CENTER GATE ESTATES VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, SECTION III, INC.; CENTER GATE MAINTENANCE AND PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 29th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 20, MODEL E, CENTER GATE ESTATES VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION III, AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1702, PAGE 1329 ET SEQ., AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 47 THROUGH 47D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
