NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22nd, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001543-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein GENERATION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and , ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST LOREE KAMMERLING, DECEASED, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR; and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST RICHARD H. KAMMERLING, DECEASED, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEA; and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; and STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; and UNKNOWN TENANT #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 A.M. on the 30th day of August , 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, AND THE SOUTHERLY 2 FEET OF LOT 19, BLOCK C, BELLEVUE TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
