NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 000436 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and KAREN GARDINER; JEAN-JACQUES BARILLEAU; MICHELLE A. BARILLEAU, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 27th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT WEST 1/2 OF LOT 179 AND 180, OF OSPREY PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE(S) 205, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
