NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of July 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 005742 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein United States of America is Plaintiff, and Unknown Heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants-claiming y, through, under or against, Eugene C. Lambart, Deceased, Unknown Heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants-claiming y, through, under or against, Elizabeth Lambart, Deceased, Glen Oaks Estates Homeowners' Association, Inc. are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 27th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 142, UNIT 5, GLEN OAKS COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 24 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

a person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
