NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-016604 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK, DBA NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE, is the Plaintiff and CYNTHIA RODRIGUEZ; MARK BRAVO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK BRAVO; YOUR HOME OF CHARLOTTE, LLC C/O CHRISTIN CUPP; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CYNTHIA RODRIGUEZ are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1363, OF THE 26TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
