NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 31, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 2010-CA-000092-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Chase Home Finance LLC1, plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT JAMES UTTARO A/K/A ROBERT UTTARO JR; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT JAMES UTTARO A/K/A ROBERT UTTARO JR N/K/A MRS. UTTARO; SARASOTA PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 09/06/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 333, BUILDING 3, SARASOTA PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2004247151, AND AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGE 26, 26A THROUGH 26U, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
