NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 019270 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC. is the Plaintiff MARK MCCRAE; CLERK OF THE COURT OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK (“USSA FSB”) and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 4th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK F, SORRENTO SOUTH, UNIT NO. 5, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 8 AND 8A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
