NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 014089 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES AND GRANTOR TRUST CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and RAYMOND D. ITURRINO; LAURA A. ITURRINO; KATHLEEN M. ITURRINO; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 3, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, LESS THE NORTH 335.00 FEET THEREOF, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH 60 FOOT INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1663, PAGE 1017 AND 1018, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
