NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JULY 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 003333 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON (FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK) AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF MASTR ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-2, is the Plaintiff and DOUGLAS ROBERTSON A/K/A DOUGLAS R. ROBERSTON; HEATHER LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, HEATHER LAKES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 37 THROUGH 37C, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
