NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 30, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-013090-SC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP (Plaintiff name has changed purusant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and THOMAS S KLEIN; KLEIN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS S. KLEIN, IF MARRIED; JOHN DOE N/K/A RIAN WARE, and JANE DOE N/K/A KASEY WARE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 4th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
