NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JANUARY 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-019770-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and PORFIRIO CUADRA; MABEL CUADRA; THE VILLAGE AT BEEKMAN PLACE SECTION 1 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., A/K/A THE VILLAGE AT BEEKMAN PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE VILLAGE AT BEEKMAN PLACE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 3, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 64, THE VILLAGE AT BERKMAN PLACE, SECTION 1, A LAND CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2348,PAGES 2795 THROUGH 2860, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 33, 33A THROUGH 33D, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
