NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 007760 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and JODY JOHNSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 18, Block 131, 8TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 20, 20A through 20Z, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. Subject to restrictions, reservations and easements of record, if any, and taxes for the year 2003 and subsequent years.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
