NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed July 26, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 2008 CA 001302 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and ALFRED CLARK, DORIS J. CLARK,; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAYCLAIM ANY INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; FIRST HOMES-K HOVANIAN FIRST HOME; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 26 day of August, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 19, UNIT 3, LEHIGH ACRES, LEHIGH PARK, SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 3924 21st Street West, Lehigh Acres, FL 33971
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
