Final Judgment was awarded on July 31, 2013, in Civil Case No. 36-2009-CA-069118, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC1 is the Plaintiff, and OMA REAL ESTATE INVESTOR, LLC; COLONNADE AT THE FORUM HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; WILLIAM A. PFLUEGER; BRIONY M. PFLUEGER; SAMIR SYED, are Defendants.
