Chairez; Maria M. Chairez; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants; John Doe And Jane Doe As Unknown Tenants In Possession are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 30 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 72, UNIT 3, PARK PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
