Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-050868 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 30 day of October, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 AND 6, BLOCK 618, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 21, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 149-173, INCLUSIVE, ON THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
