NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 1, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-059950 (L) of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, Plaintiff, and ADA DUCREE, DAVID D. DUCREE, STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 30 day of October, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 49, BLOCK B, STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY - UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, AT PAGES 26 THROUGH 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
