NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 26, 2013, and entered in 12-CA-056524 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and AUSTIN J. CHRIST A/K/A AUSTIN CHRIST; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AUSTIN J. CHRIST A/K/A AUSTIN CHRIST; UNKNOWN TENANT are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on August 30, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, EVERGREEN ACRES, AN UNRECORDED PLAT, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 13, MARIANA HEIGHTS, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE RUN SOUTH 88.65 FEET; THENCE EAST 139.2 FEET; THENCE NORTH 87 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY 139.2 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
