Notice is given that pursuant to the Final In Rem Judgment of Foreclosure in Case No.: 12-CA-050942, of the Circuit Court, in and for Lee County, Florida, in which BMO HARRIS BANK N.A., as successor-by-merger to M&I MARSHALL & ILSLEY BANK, a Wisconsin state banking corporation, is the Plaintiff and RATNA PATEL and NISHIT PATEL are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on August 29, 2013, the following described property, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 117, Grande Oak East, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 77, Pages 26 through 38, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
