NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment filed July 31, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 11-CA-50678 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and HUMBERTO BASTO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HUMBERTO BASTO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS A NOMINEE FOR CTX MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC; CROWTHER ROOFING AND SHEET METAL OF FLORIDA, INC.; VENETIAN PALMS OF FT. MYERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 30 day of August, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1309, BUILDING NO. 13 OF VENETIAN PALM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN CLERKS INSTRUMENT # 2006000027321 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OF SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
