NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 22, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-054539 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on the 22 day of August, 2013 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 19, Block I, of that certain subdivision known as Unit 3, Trailwinds Subdivision, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 136, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
