NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 31st day of JULY, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-58754, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM R BROWNE JR, DECEASED A/K/A WILLIAM R BROWNE N/K/A WILLIAM R BROWNE, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION, AN ARIZONA CORPORATION, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM R BROWNE JR, DECEASED A/K/A WILLIAM R BROWNE, UNKNOWN TENANT(S), UNKINOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A CHRIS RODGERS AND LINDSEY WALSH and JACQUELYN K. THOMPSON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 30 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 14 AND 15, FORT MYERS SHORES, UNIT 3, BLOCK 38, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 26 TO 28, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
