NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-060027, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and STEVEN BRUNSWICK AKA STEVEN L. BRUNSWICK; REGINA A BRUNSWICK AKA GINA A BRUNSWICK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2,; ALL oTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANT, are Defendant(s).
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 26thday of August, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 4380, UNIT 63, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 48 THROUGH 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This property is located at the street address of: 2006 SW 8TH PLACE, CAPE CORAL, FL 33991.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds claiming after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
