NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed July 31, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-055053 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein jpmorgan chase bank, national association, is Plaintiff, and ERICK METELLUS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 47 and 48, Block 870, Unit 26, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 117 through 148, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
