Defendant(s), NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 10, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29 2011 CA 011953, DIVISION: H of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF FIRST NLC TRUST 2007-1 MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and ORLANDO CASTILLO; MARIA DE LOS ANGELES ESPINOSA A/K/A MARIA DE LOS ANGELES ESPINOSA-GONZALEZ; DISCOVER BANK; MARIANO GARCIA JR.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS,, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 21st day of August, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 50 FEET OF LOT 1, AND THE EAST 46 FEET OF THE NORTH 50 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK 15, WEST TAMPA HEIGHTS ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property address: 3008 NORTH ALBANY AVENUE, TAMPA, FL 33607.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
