Defendant(s), NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 10, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010-CA-020625, DIVISION: C, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006 EQ2 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-EQ2, is Plaintiff and JOSEPH ERPELDING A/K/A JOSEPH P. ERPELDING; OLIVIA ERPELDING; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 21st day of August, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 126, AND THE WEST 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING THEREON, WILMA, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 22 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property address: 8107 NORTH NEWPORT AVENUE, TAMPA, FL 33604.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
