Notice is given that under a Final Judgment dated March 29, 2012 and an Order Resetting Sale date signed July 18, 2013 in Case No. 2011-CC-036184 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which THE TOWNHOMES AT HAWKS POINT OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is plaintiff and JOELIS ROJAS, JAMES D. GRANT AND ANY UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION N/K/A OUI NOY, are the defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on September 6, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at the auction conducted online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Administrative Order 2011-01, after having first given notice as required by F.S. 45.031, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 1, Black 22, HAWKS POINT- PHASE 1C, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 114, Page(s) 231 through 239, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
